Job Description – Tele Collection Executive

Position: Tele Collection Executive

Location: Chennai – Porur

Languages Required: Kannada & Telugu

Job Responsibilities:

Handle collection calls with customers regarding overdue payments.

Follow up with customers through calls and maintain proper communication.

Explain payment schedules and assist customers in clearing dues.

Maintain daily call records and update collection status in the system.

Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the management.

Coordinate with internal teams for payment-related queries and resolutions.

Ensure professional and polite communication with customers at all times.

Eligibility:

Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
