Payroll: Direct Payroll, No 3rd Party

Location: Mahape - Navi Mumbai.

Process: Collection Process only for L&T Finance (e.g., Two-Wheeler Loan, Tractor Loan, Personal Loan)

Job Description:

• Making proactive calls to customers to initiate the collection of overdue payments.

• Assessing customers' financial situations to offer suitable payment solutions and resolve complex issues.

• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and all relevant debt collection laws and regulations.

• Following up with customers with an updated data report.

Eligibility & Qualification:

• Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of experience in BPO (Voice Process) mandatory.

• Freshers with specific linguistic skills can apply.

• Good communication & convincing skills are a must.

• Quality: Versant 3 Candidates

• Fixed Shift Time: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

• Working Days: 6 days

• Fixed Week Off: Rotational Week Off

• •Salary & Benefits:• (14,000 to 20,000 In-hand).
