• Role: Customer Support Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and communication-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and delivering an excellent customer experience through professional and timely support.

📍 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally.

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information about products, services, and company processes.

Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and professional approach in all customer interactions.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.

Meet daily performance, quality, and productivity targets.

✅ Eligibility:

Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma (Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.)

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

⏰ Working Hours:

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Working Days:

Monday to Saturday
