Collection Executive / Recovery Executive – Job Description

Position: Collection Executive / Recovery Executive
Industry: NBFC / Fintech
Location: Noida / Delhi NCR / Gurugram
Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years in Collections & Recovery
Salary: As per experience + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Handle collection and recovery of overdue loan accounts.

• Conduct follow-up calls with customers for pending payments.

• Manage delinquent accounts and ensure timely recoveries.

• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers.

• Maintain collection records and update CRM/software regularly.

• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

• Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account closure.

• Monitor DPD (Days Past Due) and reduce delinquency levels.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong convincing and recovery abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

• Customer handling and conflict resolution skills.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Experience in Personal Loan, Payday Loan, Credit Card, or NBFC Collections preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may be considered for junior roles.
