Job Title: Collection Executive (Odia, Hindi & Telugu Speaking)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Collection Executive fluent in Odia, Hindi, and Telugu to manage and recover outstanding payments from customers across multiple regions. The role requires strong communication skills, cultural understanding, and the ability to handle customers professionally while ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers via calls, messages, or field visits to collect overdue payments
Communicate effectively in Odia, Hindi, and Telugu based on customer preference
Follow up regularly on pending dues and ensure timely payment recovery
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements where required
Address and resolve customer queries related to billing or payments
Maintain accurate records of collection activities in the system
Coordinate with internal teams such as Accounts and Customer Support
Prepare daily and monthly collection reports
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal compliance
Achieve assigned collection targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred)
Fluency in Odia (mandatory) along with Hindi and Telugu
Prior experience in collections, customer service, or telecalling (preferred)
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/accounting tools
Ability to handle challenging conversations calmly and professionally
