Job Description – Collection Telecaller (Digital Flow Company)

We are hiring Collection Telecallers for a Digital Flow Company. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers regarding pending payments, EMI reminders, and overdue accounts while maintaining professional communication. The role includes handling customer queries, negotiating repayment plans, updating collection records, and achieving daily and monthly collection targets. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided for the process and software handling. The company offers a fixed salary along with attractive performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.
