💰 Take-Home Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / PUC / Any Graduate

👨‍💼 Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply (subject to company requirements)

📋 Job Responsibilities

📞 Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and overdue accounts.

💬 Follow up with customers and remind them about payment due dates.

🤝 Communicate politely and professionally to understand payment-related concerns.

💳 Explain repayment options and encourage timely payments as per company policy.

📝 Maintain accurate call records, payment commitments, and follow-up details in the system.

🎯 Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

⚠️ Handle customer queries and payment disputes professionally while following company policies.

✅ Required Skills

✔️ Good communication skills in English and one regional language.

✔️ Basic negotiation and convincing skills.

✔️ Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

✔️ Willingness to work with targets and regular follow-ups.

✔️ Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
