Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Tele Collection Executive to handle outbound calls for payment follow-ups and collections. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally while ensuring timely recovery in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for reminders and follow-ups on outstanding payments
Negotiate payment commitments and explain available repayment options
Address and resolve customer queries related to billing, dues, and payment schedules
Accurately update customer interactions, commitments, and collection status in the CRM
Adhere strictly to collection compliance, process guidelines, and call quality standards
