We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our team at Consulthagnos. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Loan/ Credit Card. The role offers ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for pending payment reminders.
Follow up on overdue EMI, loan, or credit card payments.
Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely collections.
Update call details and payment status in the system.
Handle customer queries related to outstanding amounts.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
