Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Recovery Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recovery or collections and strong communication skills to follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments while maintaining professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and recovery.
Explain overdue amounts, payment deadlines, and repayment options clearly.
Maintain accurate records of calls, commitments, and payment status.
Handle customer objections and resolve payment-related issues politely.
Coordinate with internal teams to update recovery status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery guidelines.
Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recovery Caller / Collection Executive.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language preferred).
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
