Job Description (Short):

Handle collection and recovery calls for overdue payments.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely payment recovery.
Maintain records of customer interactions and payment status.
Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer queries.
Achieve collection targets while maintaining professional communication.
Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills required.

Qualification: Any Graduate / HSC Pass

Salary: As per company standards.
