We are looking for Collection Executives to join our team at Time Pe Cash powered by Blue Bottle Fintech Pvt Ltd to manage repayment and overdue accounts of personal loan customers, ensure timely recovery, and maintain professional and compliant customer interactions. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary, performance based incentives, nurturing work environment and opportunities for growth.
Experience:
0-2 years (Salary-17k+incentives)
2-5 years (Salary-27k+incentives)
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers on before, on and after due date personal loan repayments via calls.
Explain outstanding amounts, penalties, and repayment options.
Negotiate repayments while maintaining customer empathy.
Coordinate with internal teams for resolution and closure.
Ensure adherence to RBI, NBFC, and company collection guidelines.
Knowledge of default buckets and recovery processes.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0.6 - 5 years of experience. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working from office during the day shift.
