About the Role

BS Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dedicated and confident Collections Telecallers to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and are motivated to achieve targets while earning attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Contact customers regarding pending payments and dues.
✅ Follow up with customers and secure payment commitments.
✅ Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
✅ Maintain records of customer interactions and payment status.
✅ Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
✅ Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
✔ Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply
✔ Good Communication Skills in Hindi
✔ Basic Computer Knowledge Preferred
✔ Strong, convincing, and negotiation skills
✔ Personal Mobile Phone is Mandatory
