Collection Executive – Field Recovery

Job Summary

The Collection Executive is responsible for collecting pending dues from customers through field visits, follow-ups, and negotiation while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers/clients to collect overdue payments.

• Explain outstanding dues and payment options.

• Negotiate repayment schedules when required.

• Maintain daily visit and collection reports.

• Update customer information and payment status in the system.

• Coordinate with branch staff and collection managers.

• Handle customer queries professionally.

• Ensure collections are completed within assigned targets.

• Follow legal and ethical recovery practices.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic computer/mobile app knowledge

• Ability to travel locally for field visits

• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Time management and target orientation

Eligibility

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience in collection, sales, or field work is an advantage

• Valid driving license and two-wheeler often preferred

Salary Range (India)

• Fresher: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month

• Experienced: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month

• Incentives and travel allowance may be extra
