Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for pending payment reminders.
Follow up with customers on overdue accounts and negotiate payment commitments.
Record call outcomes and update customer information in the system.
Resolve customer queries related to payments and billing.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Escalate difficult cases to the supervisor when required.
Maintain professionalism and comply with company policies and legal guidelines during collection activities.
