We are looking for a Tele-caller in Collection & Recovery to join our team to handle customer calls. The Tele-caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers with outstanding debts, informing them of their payment obligations, and coordinating with them to repay their debts in RECOVERY & COLLECTION .The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of 16k ctc to 23k ctc and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prior experience in collections or customer service preferred
Persistence and a desire to work with customers to find solutions to their payment issues
Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sound knowledge of how debt collection works is a plus with Bachelor's degree.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 2nd Puc or Graduation and 0 - 2 years. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, debtors, maintain accurate records of customer interactions. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 Days during the Day Type shift.
