Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

• Stay updated with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in client service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Client Service Manager or in a similar leadership role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in technology, healthcare, etc.

• Knowledge of customer retention strategies and business development.

• Certification in customer service management is a plus.
