Key Responsibilities:

² Assist in setting up and managing uniform display stalls at school campuses.

² Support in conducting size trials and ensuring proper fitting for students.

² Handle basic billing processes, payment coordination, and maintain accurate records.

² Provide prompt and professional customer service, including handling queries and exchange requests.

² Coordinate with internal teams to track orders and ensure timely delivery.

² Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the brand at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile:

² Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

² Customer-focused with a proactive approach.

² Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

² Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

² Prior experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage (not mandatory).
