Job Title: Client Relations & Operations Executive
Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
Experience Required: 1+ Year (Excellent communication required)
We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken professional to manage client communication, staff coordination, daily operations, and workflow management within the construction & interiors environment. Fluency in Tamil & English is mandatory for this role.
Act as the primary contact for all client communication
Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and meeting coordination
Maintain relationships and provide timely project updates
Prepare documentation, reports, and progress tracking
Escalate project issues, delays, or concerns
Coordinate with site supervisors, design and estimation teams
Assign tasks and follow up on deadlines
Maintain attendance records and daily progress reports
Bridge communication between office and site teams
Support project workflow and documentation
Handle vendor coordination and office administration
Maintain CRM updates and project tracking tools
Ensure client data accuracy and reporting
Assist management in planning & operational support
Excellent communication in Tamil & English
1–4 years in client servicing/ operations/ coordination
Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, CRM tools)
