Dear Candidate

We are hiring for the position of Client Servicing Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

*Handling day-to-day client communication via email and phone

* Preparing and maintaining Excel reports using Swiggy and Zomato portals

* Coordinating with internal teams and third-party aggregators to resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth workflow and timely updates

*Tracking client performance and sharing daily/weekly/monthly reports

*Maintain report summaries and performance insights

*Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
