Manage end-to-end client servicing for BTL activation campaigns across multiple brands.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding campaign objectives and translating them into execution plans.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and timely delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, creative, production, procurement, and finance, to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Prepare campaign proposals, timelines, budgets, and status reports.

Monitor project progress and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and as per agreed quality standards.

Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and post-campaign reviews.

Manage campaign documentation, approvals, and reporting.

Resolve client concerns and operational issues promptly to maintain high service standards.

Identify opportunities for account growth, repeat business, and cross-selling of services.

Ensure compliance with company processes, client guidelines, and contractual commitments.
