We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the role of Client Servicing Executive. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client queries and provide prompt resolutions

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client servicing

• Assist clients with account-related processes and documentation

• Follow up with clients regarding updates and requirements

• Maintain proper communication records and reports

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

• Professional, confident, and client-centric approach

• Basic knowledge of financial services/stock market will be an added advantage

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
