🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and enthusiastic Client Relationship Executive to join our Trademark & Patent Services division. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, convincing, and sales closing skills along with knowledge of Trademark and Patent services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound client calls regarding Trademark & Patent services
• Explain trademark registration, patent filing, and related intellectual property services to clients
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales closures
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
• Resolve client queries professionally and efficiently
• Maintain proper client records, follow-ups, and sales reports

🔹 Required Skills
✔ Excellent communication and convincing skills
✔ Strong sales and negotiation abilities
✔ Ability to close deals and achieve targets
✔ Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients
✔ Strong calling and client-handling skills
✔ Knowledge of Trademarks, Patents, and Intellectual Property services is mandatory

🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Business Development preferred
• Candidates from Trademark, Patent, Legal, or Intellectual Property services will be preferred
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
