Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Relationship Executive. The role involves building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. The executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, address their inquiries, and foster long-term client relationships. Additionally, the role includes maintaining effective communication with customers to understand their needs and provide value-driven solutions.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (CTC- based on skills & experience)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Qualifications:

• Experience in client handling, telecalling, or customer relationship management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage client follow-ups and build long-term relationships.

• Prior sales or FMCG experience will be an added advantage.

Language Requirement:

Tamil | Telugu | Gujarati | Hindi | English (mandatory)

(Additional regional languages will be a plus)

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
