*Job Profile: Customer Relationship Executive + Sales*
*Role Overview*
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to manage customer relationships and drive sales. The role involves regular client interaction, building long-term trust, and ensuring smooth business operations.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and new clients
- Visit client offices as required to collect documents and resolve queries
- Understand client needs and pitch suitable products/services to drive sales
- Handle client concerns professionally with timely problem resolution
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
*Requirements*
- *Experience*: Minimum 2 years in customer relationship management, client handling, or sales
- *Skills*: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation skills, and trust-building ability
- *Attributes*: Presentable, reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable with field visits
- *Education*: Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory
- *Other*: Must have own vehicle for client visits preferred
