Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Client Relationship Executive to handle incoming leads generated through social media campaigns. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into active customers for our share trading and forex services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from social media advertisements

• Explain company services related to share trading and forex

• Convert leads into active clients through effective communication

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Follow up with prospects to ensure maximum conversion

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly conversion targets

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of share market / forex (preferred)

• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in sales or client handling is an advantage

Work Details

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternative Saturdays off)

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
