Job Summary
Programming.com is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Chat Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through effective communication.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and service-level agreements.
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in Chat Support, Customer Support, or a similar role.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
Experience with CRM or ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service, BPO, or support operations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in the Graveyard Shift (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM).
