Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the wellness center smoothly and efficiently
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of center staff
Ensure excellent client consultation, follow-ups, and retention
Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and convert leads into memberships/packages
Maintain service quality, hygiene standards, and SOP compliance
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and technicians for smooth service delivery
Oversee inventory management, billing, and cash handling
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales reports
Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction
