Convert inbound and outbound leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups, objection handling, and consultative selling.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline using phone, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels to ensure consistent admissions.
Achieve daily call numbers and follow-up tasks along with weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Educate students on the importance of structured career planning and upskilling for long-term growth.
Listen actively and match learner needs with suitable programs, ensuring a high-quality counseling experience.
Coordinate with the marketing team by sharing feedback on lead quality, campaigns, and student preferences to improve outcomes.
Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets.
