Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Command Centre Executive to monitor bus operations, track live vehicle movements, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor live bus locations, trip progress, and schedules using GPS tracking systems.
Identify and report delays, route deviations, breakdowns, and safety-related incidents.
Coordinate with drivers, depot teams, and operations teams for timely issue resolution.
Maintain trip records, incident logs, and daily operational reports.
Escalate critical issues promptly and ensure proper shift handovers.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle time-sensitive situations.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, and rotational week-offs.
Prior experience in fleet operations, logistics, GPS monitoring, or a Command Centre is an advantage. Freshers may also apply.
