Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to Set Top Box (STB) services.
Provide support for installation, activation, recharge, and troubleshooting.
Assist customers with channel packages, plans, and technical issues.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and within the given TAT.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and quick resolutions.
Follow company policies and quality standards during calls.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer calls politely and professionally.
Problem-solving and listening skills.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
