Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to food orders and services.
Assist customers with order booking, order status, PNR-related queries, delivery updates, cancellations and other concerns.
Resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, quantity, missing items, wrong orders, delivery delays and other service issues.
Coordinate with restaurants, delivery partners and the operations team to resolve customer issues quickly.
Provide accurate information about available meals, delivery stations, order timings and applicable offers.
Follow up with customers regarding unresolved complaints and ensure proper closure.
Maintain a professional and polite tone while communicating with customers.
Record customer complaints, feedback and call details accurately in the company's system.
Escalate serious or unresolved issues to the appropriate senior/team member.
Inform customers about relevant offers, discounts and promotional campaigns when applicable.
Maintain customer satisfaction and work toward improving the overall customer experience.
Follow company policies, customer-service guidelines and escalation procedures.
