## Job Overview

IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of **Customer Support Executive** for its Mumbai location. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

## Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional customer support.

* Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.

* Provide information regarding banking products, services, accounts, and transactions.

* Maintain a courteous and professional communication style throughout customer interactions.

* Follow established processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

* Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.

* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

* Achieve assigned performance, quality, and customer service targets.

## Eligibility Criteria

* **Education:** Graduate in any discipline.

* **Experience:** Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with customer service/BPO experience are also preferred.

* **Language:** **Fluent English communication is mandatory.**

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

* Willingness to work in a voice-based customer support process.

* Candidates should be comfortable working from the **Mumbai location**.
