• Process: Avalon Voice Process

• Language Requirement: Hindi is mandatory

Interview Process

1. HR Initial Screening

   • Basic discussion about your profile, experience, salary, notice period, etc.

2. Voice & Versant Test

   • Required score: 58+

   • Tests communication and spoken English skills.

3. Logical + Technical Round

   • Minimum 80% required in both sections.

4. Typing Test

   • Requirement: 25 WPM (Words Per Minute) with 90% accuracy.

5. Operational Round (Ops)

   • Final interview with the operations team regarding process knowledge and suitability.

Eligibility

• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO experience

Transport Policy

• Women Employees: Free one-way cab during night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM).

• Male Employees: ₹75 charged for one-way cab service.

Salary

• CTC: Up to ₹4,00,000 LPA

• Take-home: Approximately ₹28,000 per month

• Mentioned as up to 30% hike on current CTC (subject to eligibility and company policy).

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
