Roles & Responsibilities

🔹 Voice Process:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers professionally

• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively

• Provide accurate information about products/services

• Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-friendly attitude
  

🔹 Non-Voice Process:

• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or tickets

• Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer issues

• Update customer records and maintain data accuracy

• Follow company guidelines and quality standards
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are most welcome

• Basic communication skills in English (regional language is a plus)

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required)

• Good listening, typing, and problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
