Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Call Center Agent / Customer Support Executive to join our Solar team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, customer support, telecalling, lead generation, service requests, and customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries related to solar products and services.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Follow up with customers for timely resolution of queries.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Good active listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Good interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
Experience with Leadsquare is preferred.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
