We are looking for a Call Center Executive to speak with parents and students about NEET/MBBS admissions, explain our services, and sell our services to them.​

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to parents/students from our database to explain NEET/MBBS guidance and services.​

• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp and basic queries about courses, fees, counseling process and college options.​

• Clearly explain our service offerings, answer doubts, and fix appointments or follow-up calls with senior counsellors.​

• Update every call outcome in the CRM/Excel sheet accurately (interested/not interested/follow-up required).​

• Do regular follow-ups on warm leads until they attend counselling or enroll for our services.​

• Maintain polite, professional communication and follow company scripts and guidelines during every interaction.​

• Work towards daily/weekly targets for calls, follow-ups, appointments and conversions.​

Required skills and qualifications

• Any graduate, freshers and up to 2 years telecalling/BPO experience welcome.​

• Good communication skills in Telugu + Hindi/English and ability to speak clearly on phone.​

• Comfortable making many calls per day and handling questions/objections from parents politely.​

• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM entry).​

• Positive attitude, patience, and interest in education/admissions field.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
