Call Center Executive – Kannada Voice Process | Sales & Support

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Executives – Kannada Voice Process to join our team. The role involves customer support, handling queries, and generating sales for Loan and Credit Card products. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales and service targets.

💰 Salary

₹18,077 – ₹25,000 per month

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.

• Assist customers with queries and concerns related to Loans and Credit Cards.

• Explain and promote suitable Loan and Credit Card products to eligible customers.

• Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful applications.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve assigned sales, conversion, call handling, and customer service targets.

• Provide accurate information about product features, eligibility, documentation, and process.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, applications, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and issue resolution.

• Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department when required.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality while meeting business targets.

🎯 Job Requirements

• Qualification: 12th Pass or above

• Experience: 0–4 Years

• Language: Kannada

• English: Basic communication skills preferred

• Process: Loan / Credit Card – Sales & Customer Support

• Working Days: 6 Days Working

• Shift: Day Shift

• Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, customer handling, sales orientation, and problem-solving skills.

🌟 Ideal Candidate

Candidates with experience in BFSI, Banking, Loan Sales, Credit Card Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or BPO Voice Process will be preferred.
