Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
2. Customer Service:
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
Resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
3. Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services.
Keep up to date with product and service information and updates.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
