Make outbound and/or inbound calls to customers
Explain company products or services clearly and professionally
Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales as per targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team when required
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Good communication skills in English and/or local language
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
