Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Call Centre Executives to handle customer and candidate calls, provide information about company services, maintain communication records, and support daily calling operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to customers, candidates, and business leads.

2. Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally.

3. Explain company services, job opportunities, and relevant information clearly.

4. Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.

5. Update call details, feedback, and follow-up status in the company HRM/CRM system.

6. Maintain daily calling reports and achieve assigned calling targets.

7. Coordinate with the reporting manager and team members.

8. Maintain professional communication and ensure accurate information is shared.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Good communication skills in Hindi or English (at least one language is required).

• Basic computer and internet knowledge.

• Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
