Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to candidates.
Explain job openings and placement services.
Maintain call records and follow up with candidates.
Coordinate with the recruitment team.
Handle basic office-related tasks when required.
Requirements:
Female candidates only. (Preferred married female settled with kids)
Good communication skills in Hindi/Punjabi (basic English is a mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident and positive attitude.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Hardworking, dedicated aur result-oriented candidate preferred.
