Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and lead nurturing.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions to promote company products/services.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and lead information.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the marketing team for effective lead generation campaigns.
Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitor strategies.
Prepare and share sales reports with management for performance tracking and forecasting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–4 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone and email etiquette.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, and work under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM tools is plus.
Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a sales-driven environment.
