We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Radiant. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹50000 - ₹100000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for call centre services
Pitch call centre solutions (inbound, outbound, sales, support, collections, verification, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client requirements and coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding
Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
