· Drive identified initiatives in the branch to achieve the overall sales objectives.
· Identify & effectively implement Major and Key initiatives at branch level in the areas of Market Development & Sales Operation
· Identify the critical issues of the branch affecting sales & take remedial action.
· Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping close check on monthly/weekly basis.
· Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in timely manner within that branch.
· Enhance branch productivity
· Validate feedback and data and report it to the Zonal Head.
· Ensure timely recovery of the outstanding amount in the branch.
· Ensure sales targets for the branch are met in terms of sales from existing clients, returning clients and new clients.
· Manage overall branch operations and client servicing
· Ensuring manpower management within the branch to ensure seamless functioning of the branch operations including training and development of the existing workforce.
· Implement the performance and potential management system including career planning & development of key employees in the branch
· Identify poorly performing branch employees and take suitable remedial actions
· People development
· Engage with all the Customers in the branch to ensure continuous business engagement
· Collect feedback on all aspects of the business including product quality, pricing, competition activities, schemes, etc.
· Highlight the support required from HO to the zonal head.
