💼 Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Handle client queries, concerns, and service requests.
Follow up regularly to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell company services.
🧩 Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage client relationships professionally.
Experience in customer service, sales, or client relations (preferred).
Positive attitude, proactiveness, and strong follow-up skills.
