We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team and drive our business growth by engaging with brand owners and individuals in a B2B setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients, including brand owners and individuals, to introduce our services and explore business opportunities.

- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients by creating and maintaining your own database of leads.

- Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals.

- Sales Pitching: Articulate our value proposition effectively, demonstrating how our services can benefit clients, and close deals with confidence.

- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

- Database Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions, update CRM systems, and track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline.

- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform your sales strategy.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:

- English Fluency: Exceptional spoken and written English skills are a must, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.

- Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of computer applications, including CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.

- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed targets.

- Convincing Skills: Strong persuasion skills to convince potential clients of the value of our services.

- Database Creation: Capability to independently research and compile a database of potential clients.

- Hybrid Work Environment: Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with at least one or two days a week in the office.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B setting.

- Strong understanding of the fashion, advertising, or media industries is a plus.

- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, software, and processes.
