We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, improving site operations, ensuring staff productivity, and generating new business opportunities. The role involves both fieldwork and office coordination, making it ideal for candidates with strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
Client & Site Management
Regularly visit existing client sites to maintain strong relationships.
Resolve client queries and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Take client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Conduct regular site audits and prepare detailed reports on performance and gaps.
Staff Management & Training
Train and guide security/housekeeping staff for better performance.
Identify shortcomings, provide corrective measures, and motivate the team.
Resolve staff issues promptly to maintain harmony and discipline.
Business Development
Explore and generate new business opportunities.
Build rapport with clients to identify additional manpower/service requirements.
Participate in client meetings and negotiations to expand business scope.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare site visit reports, staff performance reviews, and productivity analysis.
Maintain accurate data and documentation of site operations.
Share weekly/monthly MIS with management.
Male candidate preferred (due to field nature of work).
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
Prior field experience in security/housekeeping/manpower industry is a must.
Strong client handling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage both field and office responsibilities efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Reports) for documentation and reporting.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving productivity and service delivery.
