View Holiday Trip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development Executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers and want to build a career in the Tour and Travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally

• Provide accurate information related to tour and travel services

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a solution-oriented approach

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer feedback
  

Job Requirements

• Female candidates only

• Excellent communication skills (mandatory)

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience

• Ability to handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required

• Willingness to work 6 days a week in a day shift environment
