Key Skills

• Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and industry standards to effectively promote and sell medicines.

• Computer Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email communication, data entry, and CRM software for maintaining customer and sales records.

• Customer Query Resolution: Ability to address customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Relationship Building: Skilled in developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, hospitals, and customers to support long-term business growth.

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs, resolve challenges, and provide effective business solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase sales and customer loyalty.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base.

• Handle customer queries and provide timely product information and support.

• Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales and business development strategies.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and reports using CRM and Microsoft Office tools.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and excellent customer service.
